The Cabot Trail is a highway and scenic roadway that is situated in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia province of Canada. The trail was named after the explorer John Cabot. He landed in Atlantic Canada in 1497. This highway measures 185 miles or 298-kilometer long. The trail completes a loop around gorgeous places, awesome sights, magnificent landscapes, beautiful parks, clean beaches and a wonderful community.
You can view this magnificent trail by driving, although most people prefer hiking wanting to discover and take pleasure the beautiful scenery of Cape Breton Island. In fact, the trail will only consume few hours of driving that is why they prefer hiking.
